This key part of PAV, located near the future CEVA railway station Lancy-Pont-Rouge, is to become a central hub in the greater Geneva area.
It will feature three building heights depending on the urban context. Buildings of up to 175 metres high are planned along the length of Route des Jeunes. These will be the only buildings of this magnitude within the scope of the PAV project.
Excluding these exceptionally high buildings, the project seeks to naturally extend the city network by means of four ‘islands’ that will characterise the building fronts and public spaces.
