Canopies at the new Bulle Station

The new Bulle station is the central element of a large urban development project.

The canopies constructed during this development project are part of the identity of this new central location, in addition to their function as protection. The project is composed of five separate elements. The generous cantilevers of the two main canopies offer more than just protection, they provide a sense of space and views of the landscape in the far distance. With unidirectional cantilevers, the two lateral canopies sweep along the adjacent buildings. The roof over the underpass ramp is in the style of a portico. Positioned perpendicular to the tracks, it emphasises the dynamic link between the new district and the centre of Bulle.
